This is in reference to the snapdeal order no 4671396476 dated 27-01-15 which snapdeal delivered to me on 02-02-15.i ordered dell laptop inspiron 15 3542 laptop for rs28490(after applying all promo codes and offers available)!
I was very afraid to order expensive product online but the attractive offers at snapdeal made me to order new dell laptop.further, to be on safer side, I ordered it from the seller fullfilled by snapdeal but it was of No use, I guess! So when I opened the parcel my worst nightmare came true! yes, I received a dell laptop with a cracked monitor screen!
anyways, I lodged a complaint with the customer care on the same day i.e.02-02-15, as per the protocol of the snapdeal along with the images of the damaged laptop.now the response is awaited!
I shall definitely update to all my friends at mouthshut, com that how my matter was dealt by snapdeal.and how much to Trust on Trustpay! and whether snapdeal is really a customer friendly and replaces the product if we received physically damaged product or everything is just written on papers but not followed or snapdeal follows it actually!
dear snapdeal people, my case is going to be the classical case and tell others also at mouthshut.com whether we should trust snapdeal while ordering expensive items online or not, i.e whether snapdeal policy to replace a physical damaged product with a new one can be trusted or its just a lie! Since physical damage is one of the biggest worries a customer faces while ordering expensive items online!
I know sometimes things go wrong inspite of every effort by snapdeal but what happens next?.that is where the authenticity of any online shopping portal steps-In!
i.e.whether snapdeal stick to its customer friendly policies or just makes his customers to suffer without any fault of theirs! whether customers gets valued product at snapdeal on spending their hard-earned money or its better to go to "brick and mortar"stores(as per the tradition) to make a purchase instead of snapdeal!
