after watching pics and details of the shoe( T ROCK sneakers brown color casual shoes) , I ordered shoes from snapdeal.
: - price of shoes are 499/- only , so I orders it on COD.: - shoes reached at me third day after order.
: -i paid the amount of shoes and delivery charges total amount 524/-.
: - after unwrapping the shoes I found that the quality of the shoes is third class.
: - sole material of the shoe was plastic: -Gum can be seen all way around the shoe.
: - 0% comfortable for foots, .
: - Terrible and uncomfortable shoes I have ever bought.
: -so I called the customer support and told them the whole situation.
: - they told me drop a complaint mail and they will take it back as soon as possible.
: - after sending they mail I waited for one day.
: - the next day I got reply that they will not take the shoes back because its passes by their quality control test.
: - after that they stopped answering my mails.
: - this website shows the product in wrong way.
