After ordering, sit back and mourn

Since our refrigerator stopped working we decided to get one at snapdeal. We ordered and waited for the delivery.


Just a few days before the delivery they placed a new order which would take another 1 week to be delivered, Being without a fridge is difficult for a family where both Husband and wife are working.


After a week we get an automated e-Mail that the order is cancelled and will refund the money, No confirmation no contact no reason. Worst customer experience.


There you go the customer service of an Indian business who doesn’t care about the customer  as long as his profits are on the raise.


I have had a similar problems with Amazon but they do their best to keep the customers satisfied.


The worst part is the automated e-mail on placing the order says "sit back and relax", it should have been "sit back and mourn."
