Cheated by Snapdeal. Havent received the product even after 1 month and paying upfront. No ownership by customer care representatives. One of the customer care representative even said that it is not Snapdeals problem, check with Bluedart regarding the delivery! Sent mails to CEO, COO and Customer Care Head also, but no reply.
Another product that was ordered was defected.
Advice: If you have to buy from Snapdeal in worst case scenario, opt for COD and on receipt check the product.
I am thinking of giving them a legal notice .
