Snapdeal- A deal that never comes true

Order Number:398381270

On 3rd March 2012, I have ordered a women’s day gift for my friend. I have made payment by CC, wish I have done COD, but gift has not reached yet. The snapdeal has rescheduled the delivery of this product twice. They mentioned to me that due to unavoidable reasons the delivery has been rescheduled.

I emailed them twice but no reply, I mentioned in an email, that it appears to me that you don’t have the product in stock, but I don’t get any reply.

Now I am not going to cancel this order and wait unlimited. If snapdeal.com will cancel this due to non availability of product then I’ll go in consumer court. So lets wait and watch. I want to tell them how costly it would be to sell fake deals.
