I had ordered my Butterflies Tote bag from Snapdeal on 14th August and I was informed by email that I would receive it on 19th August.
On 19th August, I received an SMS that I would get my parcel on 21st August. Again on 21st there was an SMS saying the parcel would be delivered on 23rd, which has also passed.I have been tracking the parcel on the courier service site Red Express.The parcel was booked for delivery only on 20th August. I am not sure why there was a 6 day delay to initiate the delivery. Also that the 23rd August date has passed there is no communication anymore on the delivery from Snapdeal or the courier agency.
I am fed up waiting.This is the my first and last shopping on Snap deal. I am not buying from this site anymore.
