Snapdeal is very old shopping app. I order many products before. But presently their service not like before. Taking excessive time to delivered the product. They also not accept cards at the time of delivery. They don’t have any particular Currier partner to delivered the products. Past year I purchase a Samsung smart phone from them. There was little hardware problem in phone. As per return policy first they agreed to replace the phone but after 3days when I again call customer care for replace issue they asking for account details for refund. Then they refund in my account. 7days back I order for a 2amp charger. Still showing product not shipped. Don’t know I will get product or not.
