This is regarding snapdeal order handling service for the product Ubislate 3G10 With Iscuela Educational Software
I have placed an order on 14th but no updates yet, why there is no information from snapdeal side
when I called up customer care on 16th, they tell that the order is automatically cancelled
When I asked the person to book another order, he informed that it will be processed within one business day and delivered.
I called up on 18th to check but again no update. Also none of the orders were processed yet
The shipping address of second order was mentioned incorrect by customer representative and when I called up to change, they ask to place another order? Why everytime I need to place a new order
If the product is not available that should be told while placing the order why it is going in waiting mode for us for so many days.
Customer service department has no fruitful procedures, they could not help on anything. They only say that it is as per procedure.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND SNAPDEAL PURCHASES!!!
