Order ID: 13780069075, on 16/6/2016 but unfortunately I had got a message that it could not be delivered as it was out of stock, but on 23-06-2016 I had got a call from Delhivery courier service that my samsung blue tooth headset was here and I need to take the delivery, on the trust of snap deal I had taken the order, but after receiving the order I couldn’t find it like the original one, and I would like to return it, but when I take a look at the website it was still in cancel mode and I couldn’t able to place a return.
contacted customer care but they replied me that it was not sent by snapdeal, I was shocked listening to that answer, I had ordered in the snapdeal, and the product was delivered by some one else and the snapdeal was taking no responsibility.
May be it could be delivered by the vendor without the concern of snapdeal, but how will be known the exact product details without the snapdeal concern.so it will be the snapdeal responsibility to take the product return, they are cheating consumers with offers never believe them .i dont prefer snapdeal anymore.
