I had earlier given Snap Deal a very bad review as they they had delayed my product shipment. However after couple of mails to their customer care I was quite surprised they delivered my product (A NOKIA Asha 309) quickly and safely.
I appreciate the Snap Deal’s customer service and their patience ( literally to hear my abusive mail) and this displays their respect towards their customers ! Bravo ! I would recommend this site to all and they have a huge variety of products and also note they do not charge any processing fee for the EMI on credit cards (at least they did not for me on my HDFC card ). I would only ask people to check the shipping and delivery time on the products to avoid any confusions.
