My wife ordered a handbag from SNAPDEAL about 45 days back (order no. 665753360). The bag was totally different from what was shown on the website. We immediately initiated a return from our end. It has been about 45 days yet we are still waiting for the refund.
Everytime we call the customer care, we get the same reply "Its under process". Yesterday when I called again, the customer care executive Kranti Anand from JASPERINDIA.COM disconnected my phone and hung up (seems like SNAPDEAL has outsourced their customer care). Also the person was very rude when I asked about my refund.
I’m feeling cheated like hell. I’ll be moving to CONSUMER COURT very soon.
Guys be aware of these FRAUDSTERS!!!!
