I had a totally unhappy and unsatisfied shopping experience with Snapdeal. This has made us so frustrated that we would never shop with Snapdeal again.
A group of my friends had ordered a wet grinder for me as a wedding gift from Snapdeal. This they had kept as a surprise. But since I did not mention anything about this even after 2 weeks they asked me if I had received any parcel from Snapdeal. When my answer was a no they tracked the parcel and on enquiry they got to know that it will get delivered after 3-e4 days only. Again we kept on waiting anf finally the parcel arrived. But to our dismay it was a mixer grinder that got delivered anf not a wet grinder. This made us very upset. It was very embarrassing for me but I had to ask my friends the order number anf other details to return the product. They also got frustrated as the product came late anf it was a wrong product.
We repacked the box properly and called the customer care and complaint. Then they asked us to send a mail for the same. After 3 days a reply mail came asking us to take pictures of the delivered items and attach it with the mail. Then we again unpacked the product and took pictures and sent it .
After a week some delivery boys came home to collect the mixer grinder which was wrongly sent but the ordered product did not come home. We again called and complaint after which they sent us the ordered product. Hence it took nearly 2 months for us to get the ordered product home. I was unable to cancel the order since it was a gift given to me. Thus I waited patiently for the right product to come home.
