I ordered for an external hard disk of 08/07/2013 and with big fight snapdeal revealed that they don’t have the product on 15/07/2013 and a request for cancellation of the order was taken immediately. After that every day I did a follow up with the status.
The order was not still cancelled when I called them on 23/07/2013 and they asked for another 48 hours for the 4th consecutive time.
Snapdeal is a fraud. They hassle when it comes to refund of our money. Snapdeal is totally unsafe for online purchase. Please be careful with this.
I give -1000000000 to snapdeal and un-recommended. I am willing to go to customer court for this reason. If anyone want to get this experience please try.
