I brought 40"TV from Snapdeal, which was defective when I received it after 7 days of placing the order.
I immediately reported it and they told they will arrange return pick up in 24hrs.
(So 9 days now), after 3 days I received a call from courier partner, he told he will come and pick in 24hrs. Finally, he did came after I called him 4-5 times.
Finally, I took my TV myself in my car and gave it them.(For all this, it took 7 days).
Mean while, SD customer care told me to get some certificate that TV is damaged from service center.All this is very painful.Finally, I got money after 10 days.
So totally, I lost 7+7+10=24-25 days just for nothing, so I decided not to buy any thing from Snapdeal.
Please think before you place order.
Its very painful process what they kept.
