Snapdeal Robbed Me

I have placed 5 orders in Snapdeal till now. The first four of them I received without any glitches. The fifth one I ordered(==Oct 2nd 2014==) was a Laptop table that costs Rs 999/-.

Till now(==Dec 10 2014==), **I haven’t received the product or refund.** My sincere suggestion is to avoid snapdeal at any cost. In case you cannot stay away from it please place order on cash on delivery(**COD**) if available. For my product **COD wasn’t available.**

I placed order waited to receive the product. The first few days they were updating the status of the shipment. After that I couldn’t see any updates from snapdeal site or Fedex (Tried online tracking) site.

I felt odd and made call to snapdeal customer care for lodging complaint. The gave blah blah blah. "give 48 hrs to analyse the issue.

Your transaction is protected under trust pay." Whatever the time line they gave me, I called them for updates. They didn’t update me through mail or phone.

After 50+ days they suddenly updated the status as "Delivered". I got angry and called them and gave complaint on that again.

Its been **68** days since I placed the order. I am disappointed with snapdeal. I have been spreading this experience wherever possible.

I might have lost 999 rupees. I will not take it for granted.The order number: **2989844527** In case you need to check with their customer service, give them this order id and check.
