Snapdeal is the best Online Shopping Site in India. Service and Support of Snapdeal is very good but there are few bad experiences of mine too with Snapdeal. I will write all that experiences in this review and I wish Snapdeal should take any action on it.
I used snapdeal for Clothes, Books and Some other Products and Most of time I used Cash on Delivery option and I think COD Facility is good with snapdeal because Some times Snapdeal’s products are not as same as mentioned in the description so Cash on Delivery is good you can check the product and return it as soon as possible.
Snapdeals Website is very good, Its graphics are amazing and very user friendly. There are some products which are very costly on this site but the same products are very cheap on other sites.
Most of time I used Snapdeal for Buy Books.I do not Recommend Snapdeal for any electronic Product Because my experience regarding this is not good. Sometime there are some products on snapdeal which you can only buy only on Snapdeal because they are not available on other sites.
Refunding Procedure of Snapdeal is very slow and irritating. Snapdeal should have to send there products by Indian Post Because some of other Shippers are not available on all over india but Indian Post deliver Parcels all over the India
I recommend Snapdeal for one who buy Books, Clothes and another Products but not for Electronics.
