Snapdeal - Bad deal

I had ordered a carpet from snapdeal which never reached me but the most frustrating part was the way snapdeal’s customer care handled my inquiries.


It all started with the courier boy delivering the wrong product. I immediately called snap deal customer care and informed them about the problem.


They told me that I will have to return the product to courier boy so that he can bring back the correct one. I did the same. I was expecting the courier boy to return with the right package the very next day. He did not turn up. I called snapdeal customer care again.


They told me as per their process I was supposed to take images of the wrong product and send it to them after which they will return the right product. I was shocked! I didn’t know what to say, how could they tell two different things? Anyhow I told them that earlier I was not told about such a process and I have already returned the product to the courier person.


After which they said they will check and call me. The call never came, I am still waiting for the product after 4 days of that call. This proves they are least bothered about the customer. **NEVER EVER order anything from SNAPDEAL! It doesn’t care about customer satisfaction! Jabong, Flipkart, Amazon and many more websites offer better services and deals!*
