Snapdeal is the worst online shopping Website I ever used for online shopping really pathetic services. No value of customers , nothing on the name of customer satisfaction.
I ordered a mobile for my daughter as a birthday present and I got a message that they will deliver the product within 5 days but they delivered the product after 19 days .
After 10 days of my daughter’s birthday , now I want to know why I didn’t get any mail or messages regarding the delay of product . do they don’t even have this responsibility to inform customer and their support services are more pathetic so they just repeat one thing that is I apologize to you . the only goof thing about sbapdeal is its cash bwck offerd I will never buy anything from snapdeal. It is really a bad option.
