I am writing this review after 1.5 months follow up with snapdeal customer care. They only give false commitment of solving the complaint within 48 hrs. No reply, no revert on mail after several calls. I had ordered one item cineview projector screen from snapdeal on dt19/10/2016, sub order id: 20093465190. The item was delivered to me on dt 3/11/2016 . Due to certain reason, I placed the return request of this item. The item was picked up by Snapdeal courier on dt 4/11/2016 & handed over me the receipt of this item. After this I am waiting for the refund. They falsely updated about the this item as "the item is successfully delivered on dt9//11/2016. But I havent got any item, neither I got refund.

Every time I call them, their reply is that "they have escalated this complaint to senior team". Supervisors are giving false commitment that this complaint will be resolved within 48 hrs. This yet, its a suspense from their end. Very very unprofessional complaint solving process from customer care. Every time I call, I need to explain the total issue from start to end.
After seeing this review, hope some body will take care of this complaint.
