Iv purchased a Branded Ladies Watch to gift it to my sister, While getting the product did not noticed that I there was not stamp on the warranty card.
Unfortunately the watch wen kaput after 15 days, so I visited the service center to get the issue resolved but due to non stamped warranty card was not able to claim warranty. Ive been trying to contact the snapdeal.com customer support from last 40 days, but every time get a reply that some body will contact withing 24 hrs, but there 24 hrs are not yet over even after 40 days despite of several mails and reminders.
Ive been a online buyer from last few years and have never experienced such a bad/pathetic service.
Worst Customer support.
In fact I would suggest to not purchase any branded items from them, we might not even get the original product, customer service is a thing they cant handle.
