I don’t know, why I choose Snapdeal to buy a micro-oven. Harassed a lot by all customer care representatives and help@snapdeal.com. Think a thousand times before you order something in Snapdeal.
Liked one Godrej Micro oven on 4th Nov, 2013 with no warranty information available. Called Snapdeal for the first time and as they told me that I will receive the call regarding warranty information withing next 24-48 hours. And it’s 11th Nov 2013 [7days], I am still waiting to receive the call. Every Day I called the customer care service center for the information, but every time they are telling me it will take 24-48 hours.
Then mailed twice in help@snapdeal.com. It’s Five days now, received reply like - you will get the info within next 24-48 hours. Where I am in hurry for the Diwali offer. Then Snapdeal told me to order, and I will receive the warranty info before shipments.
just now receive the shipment mail, that the product is already shipped, but yet I am waiting for the warranty information. I think they are selling me some old/defective product, that’s why they are unwilling to provide the warranty information.
Think a thousand time before you order in Sanpdeal.
