I have placed an order for shirt on Snapdeal app and received an dirty shirt. Measurements of the shirt written on it and it is looking like an old shirt.
I have returned it and got my refund. One this I want to suggest to all online shopping sites that "Please check the quality before delivering any product. Seller may send defect products but it damages your brand image. Quality person should examine each product shipping and if everything fine, then only should send product to customer.
Snapdeal also saves money with reduced return of goods and brand value also increases.
