Strange that they are still continuing.

I got carried away by their false show of  working for resolution of issues but little did I know that it was just a show. I received a completely useless product - damaged broken and it is now 15 days and they just keep playing fool. Now they have reached the stage where they are simply not responding.

Went after them relentlessly. They finally agreed to refund my money in 7 days. It is 17 days now and nothing.
