Poor service and poor delivery time

Ordered a laptop cooling pad. Was my 2nd order with 1st one from some other account.Order number is 3365800758.


I placed order on 28th October. Guess what today is 10th November and I am yet to get the order.

Today I called them and they said we will give you order tomorrow saying we don’t have enough courier people here.What an useless reply. Snapdeal should learn from flipkart on how to quickly and efficiently manage logistics and how to give the goods on time.


Expected delivery was on 7th November and you can see by 10th November also they don’t care to give me the package.Lousy and useless I would say. Save yourself and if possible buy only cash on delivery and don’t pay upfront since there is no guarantee whether Goods will reach you or not.Speed post is also better and faster that these lousy lumps.
