Bad delivery service

I recently ordered nike trackpants as it was on discount so for me its under budget but when I got the lower I found that it was torn.

I requested to change but as location of my college is in remote area they told me that it would took time and u have to submit your delivered item to the courier service by your own I did what they said but my replacement didnt reached by me on time after a month they return me the money but at that time I need that trackpant so for me it is a waste of time the service for remote areas by snapdeal is not good need to imrove there delivery services to that area
