No installation support, Bad behaviour of manager

My product of Sunflame chimney( Order: 3337962101) came on Monday November 3rd. Today is Saturday till now no one have come for the installation I have been calling for the customer care on 180042525252** for last 1 week and everyday they were FAKE update that they ll be sending the engineer for today but no. finally when I got manager no. and called he said he will send on priority not sure when he can send.


When I asked then why you people are promising that the installation will be done in 48 hrs. he said he dont have a time to talk to you and all and I have not asked you to buy a product from snap deal. If you want pay Rs 1000 for installation plus additional material we will support other wise go to road side job and get it done like. Also he told me that Sunflame doesn’t give any service support so you want to depend on me only.


Why snap deal is hided that Sunflame does give any support?


Why snap deal doesnt provided the responsible person no for escalation?


Why snapdeal is cheating and treating like slave?
