I had booked an order# 350874212 on 14th Feb & I was given shipping date as 23rd Feb, but since past 4 days am I getting different dates and as per today’s msg ship date moved to 29th Feb.
My que is If SD doesnt have product in stock then why is it put up on website for sale and giving false commitments to customers? The way am getting response from SD, I really feel I would ever get my product.
This is my first purchase on SD which eventually turned out last one now. With this bitter experience( yet to be over as I haven’t got my product) I would never go for repeat purchase with SD neither would recommend anyone.
Snapdeal – It seems you are not bothered about retaining customers….Are you really looking stay alive in competitive market?
