Coming to the review about snapdeal. it is said in my personal experience.
1.Customer service:- when it comes to customer service snapdeal has lower hand when compared to flipkart and amazon. Because they are providing best customer service than snapdeal. Sometimes when I call snapdeal they are just open from 9 am to 9 pm but amazon and flipkart also has that but amazon is good at that.
2.Product Quality:- when it comes to product quality it has a average product quality because I have placed a watch in snapdeal it was looking good but the quality is not good. I was wearing that watch and walking it suddenly broke and fell on the ground.so, in my opinion snapdeal products are average
3.Delivery Timeliness:- when it comes to delivery time line Snapdeal is The worst in it. My watch was delivered in 9 days and my phone back cover delivered in 15 days. And the interesting part is I placed a phone order for my father and it was not delivered I have waited for 35 days but it was not delivered. So I cancelled the order on 36th day.while other like flipkart or amazon is delivering any product in 3 to 4 days.
4.App and Website:- This is the category where snapdeal gets the upper hand because the snapdeal app interface is very good and website is also very fast to use. Thanks snapdeal for this.
5.Reliability:- when it comes to reliability it was average
Conclusion:- In my opinion I wont recomend snapdeal this is just my opinion.because I faced this problem
