I’m still one of the victim of SNAPDEAL cash back offers. I purchased over 50000rs of goods last year from snapdeal. Every time I used my credit or debit card for shopping. On every purchase SNAPDEAL offers cash back but I still did not any of cash back. If you had purchased from SNAPDEAL wich is eligible for cash back, check your bank account I’m sure you’ll not get anything.
On complaint on SNAPDEAL(Most helpline numbers are free in India but this is one of system to rip off customers waiting for 15 minute for there turn on your own mobile charges) they will say only one thing "We are working on it" same will you get reply in email.
After 6 months also they’ll answer you "We are working on it" stay connected.For cash back of 500 rs, . you’ll have to spent more 100 rs on phone calls and afterall you’ll get nothing. Beware of SNAPDEAL cash back promotions.
