I had ordered LG L4 II dual E445 (black) from Snapdeal on 11th February 2014 at 11 pm.
Order no 1699581353.
It was a birthday gift to my dad and I was eagerly waiting that I will receive the product before 20th atleast.
But Snapdeal had placed a suborder with their dealers on 17th saying that product will be shipped by18th February 2014. Late, r on 19th Feb 2014, I received a mail at 7.30 pm saying your order number 1699581353 has been cancelled.
At that moment, I tried contacting Snapdeal but they never responded. I felt very bad that I couldn’t gift my dad the LG L4 dual and bought it from outside by giving still a lesser price.
It is being a discretionary step taken by them and hence never rely on Snapdeal.
