I have bought ample products online. I am a frequent buyer and buy something or the other atleast in a week.
This website over all sucks . the support sucks no one knows whts going on . one person commits something other doesn’t know of wht was committed or said.
The delivery is bigtime failure . I have never received my products on committed time . the last blunder they got my product delivered to someone else and marked it as delivered. they have not refunded the month even after a month.
They were good initially in the starting days but now their services suck a big-time . now they have collaborated with another company called Ecom Express the way their services are they are a step ahead of Snapdeal in services:) . This collaboration will take snapdeal way ahead of other lol;)
