I am an old cutomer of snapdeal.com. I used to shop online since I was in class 10. I am a online buyier and I shop for something once a week. Before buying something I compare the price of the product throughout all the shopping portals and in 2015-2016 I mostly prefer to shop on snapdeal.com and I also suggest people around me to shop from snapdeal.com to get good infact best deals online.
But in 2017 this website made me upset and the reason behind that was, I ordered a JBL portable bluetooth peaker on snapdeal.com and it took a week to reach my doorstep. I was very happy about the speaker I collected money from my friends and family to buy that product. When I unboxed that parcel I found that there was nothing in the box and I was got frauded.
Same day I tried to contact snapdeal support team but everytime the support executives were busy in another call, I tried to contact through mail but not a single response was given to me that day. A day after that an email came to my inbox informing to keep calm and they are working on my issue.
I waited as they had asked and got nothing, my money was lost and even I didnt get the product and thy did nothing. I was very upset but nothing happened. After that I ade descision not to buy anything from snapdeal.com and also told my friends and relatives about this concern and also suggested them not to shop from snapdeal.com
