Be careful before you buy anything from SNAPDEAL. They are such people who have no accountability at all & keep on putting excuses on either their courier people or the vendors they get the products from.
Whereas I know that they loot the Vendors also with various fines etc. if the Vendors don’t ship the product within the SLA time of 1-3 Days.
They also chase the courier people if they don’t collect the package on time & threaten to discontinue their services for not doing it so properly.
I have had an experience with Snapdeal both as a Buyer & a Seller so I know it pretty well what these guys do in actual.
Very recently, I had to send a gift to someone & the only option I had to take to reach out to that place is through Snapdeal and I regret taking that decision.
The Birthday is over. The person stays out of country so they went back also and I have still not got my product delivered.
They initially gave one date & then kept changing the estimated date of delivery as per their convenience. My money is anyway gone.
And I don’t expect any professional behaviour from these touts.but be careful before you even consider buying from SNAPDEAL.
