I have shopped on Snapdeal 3 time and was disappointed on all the 3 occasions. Products are not as good as they claim it to be. All 3 instances the product delivered was different from the product selected and I had to return the products.
Customer support is not interested in my complaints and lack empathy and basic interaction skills. The only pros about the website is, it is user friendly and easy to locate stuffs that you are looking for.
