Snapdeal is one of the worst online shopping center. I had purchased a phone form snapdeal as it was offering very less cost. I got the phone on time but it was faulty one. It is been 20 days since I have sent back the phone to snapdeal, I have no updates of the phone. Every time I call the customer care they are not even bothered to listen completely what I am expecting, they just like robots which keep on telling give us 24-48 hrs time we will resolve the issue . Today when I called them they say that the phone is not faulty we are sending the phone back .
This the worst online shopping experience I have ever had. If the product was working properly I wouldnt have send the phone to them. This phone I had gifted my wife, and now I am feeling so bad about this.
I think we as online shopping customer should have a centralized reviews center and complaints about these online frauds which are happening around. So that we can save eCommerce industry.
