It was a gift for my Dad’s Birthday.
Their website said ’Dispatched in 2 business days’. So ideally 1st May in worst case?
My order left their warehouse in Pune on 3rd May (WTF?)
Reached this afternoon i.e. 5th May. 6 days to deliver a simple product.
Do you think the customer is a fool? Would someone come back to order again?
