Given The Wrong Product- Thrice

I had a horrible experience with Snapdeal which I want to share. I have been a regular online shopper and very happy with Flipkart, Myntra, etc.


I ordered Dr Morepen Heating Pad TM-40 costing around Rs 800/- in the market. I was sent HB-01 which costs around Rs 600/-. I requested a replacement with the correct product. They picked up HB-01 and delivered it back within a few days.


By this time, I have had enough and I requested a refund. But they picked up HB-01 saying they need to pick it up before refund can be made. Then they promptly delivered the wrong product again - a third time. I have complained several times without any use. Support is pathetic. They are rude and brash threatening and lying.


Well now I am looking for how to get my money back. Request to all readers. STOP BUYING FROM SNAPDEAL!
