24hrs, the longest ever 24hrs(After Sales Service)

I placed an order for TekFusion, Twinwoofer headphones,  received them in damaged condition and immediately returned it. It has been sitting with the SD team since 12th march and now 8 days later still there is no response from them, I call them daily but get no updates, just false assurances.


Got the below response so far:


Day 1:Its forwarded to the vendor, issue will be resolved in 24hr


Day 2:Same response


Day 3:Pending with vendor


Day 4:Chasing the vendor


Day 5: They need another 24 Hrs


Day 6/7/8: Pending with Vendor, another 24 hrs needed to resolve


I am still waiting for there 24hrs to get over.


Totally disappointed with the after sale service, I don’t see myself ever returning to buy anything from here. A sincere request to everyone shopping here, please re-think, there are better online retailers out there, don’t buy from this website, save yourself the trouble.
