They are the worse online shopping store have had a very bad experience with them. They send products that have already been unboxed.
Once I ordered a power bank they sent me a fake Chinese one which did not work, so I asked for exchange so it went back and never came back.
I asked the customer support they say that power bank value has gone up so we can’t replace it. So I asked for a refund they said that will give but it has been more than 8 months now no refund. So guys take my word don’t shop on snap deal.
