Bought a Recliner sofa from @snapdeal. Wooden frame broke so repair was needed. Called @snapdeal.but they refused to either contact vendor themselves or provide contact details of the vendor to me. Shocking. Is it a cartel of poor quality manufacturers and service providers at work?
Escalated in the organization but even funnier response that since they do not do manufacturing themselves, they cant provide any service support. Now @ snapdeal, please let us know what all you manufacture yourselves. Wish I had bought it from my neighborhood store.
Lesson learnt that do not buy furniture or any other item which has long service life from e-com companies since you will never get any support if needed after their cash back period.
