My order number was 2390311873. I bought a micromax phone, unite2 a 106 for Rs 6658.But it was a damaged product and its mic was not working.
I have returned it but they didn’t initiate the replacement processes so I asked for a refund but they are in their quality checking process & they are not worried about the customer and their feelings.They should have made the process quicker. Very bad service.
So, guys please don’t buy any electronic products from snapdeal.Shop at your risk.I wont repeat this mistake again.
