Not answering my calls. Shipping delayed further!

17th April 2013 - Order has still not being shipped, oh and here’s  a new twist - they’ve started screening my calls. They just don’t pick up my calls anymore. Another thing that "should not have happened?"


18th April 2013 - My order has still not being shipped, let alone received and I fear that by the time I actually get it, it will be outdated.


Snapdeal yet again tell me that it will take a couple of days more. @1945 hrs - Just received an SMS saying the product will now be shipped on the 23rd April 2013 - this is the second time they have pushed the shipping date.


I’m going to keep putting in reviews until they release my product, my next step is going to the local police station and finding out how I can put a case of fraud on these guys since we’re not in the same city.


19th April 2013 - I had to call them up once again because despite their reassurances that they would call me, no such call was received. They now say that they will require "a few days more". this could either mean a year, or a decade - whichever is more convenient for them.


This time however, the "senior" team refused to accept the call and instead the representative who is not capable of handling such an issue was acting on their behalf. This sort of cowardice was not expected.


Congratulations SNAPDEAL! you have now stopped to an all new low! this is so comforting and reassuring. Am I justified in my actions?


NEW UPDATE: 24th April 2013


Product has still not been received and now, there’s a new twist to this tale. The courier service (Delivery) is taking it’s own sweet time to deliver my order, so much so that I’ve had to cancel my meetings just to make sure I’m at home to receive the product and only to find out that it will take another day. This gets from bad to worse and there’s nothing anyone will take responsibility for.
