They says easy return and refund but at the time of actual return and refund they used to say "pickup not done as you were not available at the location" while we were at the home for whole day waiting for the person to pick the parcel. Product quality is worst, having no life cycle at all. Prices are very high as compared with other online shopping sites provide high quality products.
