I am a regular customer of snapdeal and I can find positive response from them every time.

I am shopping snapdeal when first time for shoes I am lived in Mandi district of Himachal Pradesh.And where only speed post can help us for providing our online purchases .basically I am a student but when I can stat to go home from Chamba I can order the sparx shoes from snapdeal on my home village address.
When I reach at home I am waiting for my courier of shoes coming from indiapost.
After the 8 days of purchaing I can got it but I am surprised at this time because those model of sparx shoes I can buy from snapdeal these are different from that I can buy .
Another important thing is that in Himachal through indiapost cash on delivery is not avaliable in our place .
So at that time I don’t know how to return them to back snapdeal I feel depressed that I can lost my money of rs 900 on snapdeal .i am live In tension 2 days .after two days I can contact customer care they told me that
How uu can return it to us .in the nxt day I can pack shoes and go to market at the post office and make courier of its and send it to that address that was tgiven by snapdeal on my email.
After two days I can send them the photocopy of my reciept of indiapost through email they can accept it it is of amout 68 rupees .
NOW THE INCIDENT TAKES A NEW TURN IN MY JOURNEY
After some days the courier was lost then again iam in tension what I can done I cannot go to post office that post office I use that Is in Mandi and I come back for study to Chamba.
At last I can chosse online complaint option .then at last on indiapost shows on tracking page left udelivered India and after two days it can return back to my home address .
I can email snapdeal team towards the inconvenience that I faced now they send me the messege af apology and we resolve the matter soon .
The after some day my small brother recieve it from our local post office.
NOW THE MIRACLE HAPPEN
On the same day I can get whole return of my money. 900 rupees with the money of courier receipt as snapdeal cash .
