Snapdeal cheating customer with defective products

Feeling cheated and mentally harrassed:(


I ordered a HP laptop last month Rs 61k from snapdeal. The product delivered to me was faulty so I raised a replacement request immediately. To my surprise after replacement the second product was even more defective. This time I raised a return request and was assured of Refund. But after around one month of placing the order now they r saying your product cannot pass investigation and we cannot refund the amount. Can anyone help me get back my refund amount.


Snapdeal is cheating people giving defective products and then not giving the refund.


Very unsatisfied with the snapdeal service. My hard earned money will get wasted on a defective product plz someone help.
