I have purchased the DELL Monitor from Snapdeal, order ID 2114272443, I received the product on 20th May 2014. I observed that DELL warranty card, which the site claims for 3 yrs is missing and I registered a complaint to the customer care on 22 May 2014. I got a reply from Customer care that there would be no warranty provided!
Now without the warranty I dont want to use the product, I doubt if the product is genuinely new! Also, SNAPDEAL has not provided any FREEBIE which was promised with 3G Aircel Data for 3 months, even after 7 days of delivery I havent received it! I want to return the product and get my refund!
Well I dont trust the seller, as the product doesnt seem to be new! I would request SNAPDEAL to attend to this problem and initiate the refund immediately!
I will file a complaint in consumer court if I dont get a resolution in next 24 hrs!
