Purchased a LG 42LB6500 TV from Snapdeal, absolutely no issues, got delivered before time and TV is working fine, touch wood.
Wanted a Stabilizer for the TV, hence ordered V-Guard CRYSTAL PLUS Voltage Stabilizer(Black) via Snapdeal Order # 3224530792 on 16th Oct, did receive it after nearly 5-6 Days, but a faulty one, the outer cover was completely broken. Interacted with Snapdeal Customer Service via email and requested for a replacement, faulty product was picked up within next 3-4 Days.
A replacement order was raised on my behalf, however even after nearly 5-6 days it never got delivered and eventually was cancelled informing that they do not have stocks, when I could see ample number of same units available with the same vendor in Snapdeal portal. Within next 2 days the refund money was credited back to me.
Wanted to give Snapdeal another opportunity, as the prices of V-Guard CRYSTAL PLUS Voltage Stabilizer(Black) were bit less compared to other ecommerce sellers, hence, ordered it again via Order # 3442729265, story repeats got a damaged product again but this time an old model with the warranty sticker tampered and when I tilt the unit, I could hear screws or parts moving inside the unit.
Never had any issues earlier, even after VIM Bar saga, I trusted Snapdeal, but with the above incident I have totally lost hope and faith in Snapdeal, might think twice before I order any Item from them. High time they should visit their suppliers and check their supply chain before accepting the orders.
