False commitment and pathetic customer service

Order # 636020016


I have placed an order with these guys about 7 days back and my order is yet not shipped, however they mentioned that ordoer will be shipped not later than July 12, 2012.


I have sent email to check out the status of an order and the reply that I would get always is a copy paste, seems like they have something on the notepad and they copy/paste it on my email and reply back.


There email is so robotic that you get pissed off with it as if no one is listening to you. They are not even cancelling the order stating the order has been placed with vendor and F what not.


If you guys don’t cancel my order or ship it out to me by today, I would f’in make it so viral on Social media that you guys would start deleting and blocking stuff.


Don’t give me crap about will be shipped and blah blah . F that.


PS: A proper and humanized answer to my email would not have created this situation.
