I had ordered a dell 1tb hard drive from snapdeal. The deal comprised of a free pouch. When I received the delivery I found that the pouch was missing although it was mentioned in the invoice. More importantly the hard disk stopped working as soon as it was connected to the system.
I was advised to contact dell customer care and very astonishingly dell representatives informed that the invoice details does not match with records at dell. This means that apart from giving fake promise of a freebie the website has provided me with a fake bill.
Please advice what should be my course of action. For sure I will never make a purchase from snapdeal again and more importantly I want a refund for the money they have foxed from me and a strict action against one who is responsible for giving such fake bills n offers.
I can send the details of my correspondence with the site n copies of the invoice if needed. Now they r not even responding.Please help me deal with the website. They have cheated me Suman Mishra.
