I had a very bad experience when I bought the laptop from snapdeal.First and foremost they sent me the the wrong product of the same price range secondly I asked them for replacement but the refunded my money saying the seller now dont have the product this was absolutely unfair because I bought it for 49k but when I asked them for replacement that time the price was 55k I think that was the main reason they did not replaced my product instead refunded.
But as I was having the bill of that laptop I checked the warranty and specifications on dell website by the service tag.I came to know that the product was for thailand and they are selling in India that means no warranty will be provided by dell secondly specs on dell website showed 4 Gb RAM and 500Gb hard disk but the laptop had 8 GB RAMand 1TB hard disk this shows that they have assembled the laptop.
So my kind advice to everyone is when it comes to big electronics Items like laptop please dont go for Snapdeal.
